Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ) is proud to announce the co-chairs for our Tee Up For Kids event taking place on May 18, 2024. Hayley Bowen and Todd Leach! These two amazing individuals will lead a planning committee of 30+ community members in hosting the annual Tee Up For Kids golf event.
Hayley Bowen is a Financial Advisor and Chief Operating Officer for Stewardship Wealth Advisors. Hayley has been in the financial services industry since 2017. Hayley broke into the industry as a subject matter expert, supporting the top advisors at one of the largest independent broker-dealers before becoming a partner at an independent financial firm. There, she managed business operations alongside financial planning. Hayley lives by the advice she received from her grandmother growing up, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” and Hayley feels blessed to live out the adage in her real life. Outside the office, Hayley has a passion for supporting underprivileged youth and raising mental health awareness. She volunteers actively and acts as a board member on the Young Professionals Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. She is passionate about our organization and about giving back to our community.
Todd Leach is the Co-founder and CEO of Rhino Innovations Group. Todd is a high-performance business executive who is skilled at rapidly developing market share and accelerating growth. A unique skill Todd has developed is creating paths to profitability in emerging markets. With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, post-acute/end-of-life care markets, and currently the Information Technology/Security sector have honed his keen insight and astute business acumen to expertly assess potential challenges and new business opportunities. Todd is a proven change agent who is accomplished in crafting innovative business solutions while containing expenses and aligning operations to produce successful revenue streams and profitable bottom-line results. Todd proudly serves on the BBBSAZ Board of Directors. He believes in the power of mentorship and our vision of helping youth to be their best selves.
