Big Night Out is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona’s largest annual event and biggest fundraiser. This gala is our opportunity to get in front of the community to educate them about BBBSAZ’s programs and raise much-needed funds to continue to help the youth in our community. It is also a really fun chance for our supporters to get together, get dressed up, and have an amazing time! Get more details on this exciting event below!
When and Where?
This year’s event is being held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.
Theme
Mardi Gras Glamour! Don your best purple, green, and gold attire for a colorful and inspirational celebration. For inspiration on what to wear to the event, click here to visit our Lookbook!
Cocktail Reception
Guests will be treated like members of the Mardi Gras royal court! Complimentary valet will be provided by our friends at Eide Bailly. Everyone will make a grand entrance on our custom gold carpet. Guests will check in and then be treated to a hosted cocktail reception courtesy of Amazon and 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions. A special guest will be on hand to provide a live poetry experience. The Main Event
At 7 p.m., guests will be escorted to the main ballroom for the program and dinner, hosted by Ian Schwartz of Arizona’s Family. The program features inspiring stories from some of our incredible Little Brothers and Little Sisters.
The After Party
Just because the program is over doesn’t mean the party is over! Beginning at 9 p.m., guests who are 21 years of age or older will be welcome to attend the Big Night Out After Party hosted by Pharos Foundation. This party is already included in the price of your admission, and you definitely don’t want to miss it! A live DJ and photo booths from Drop Top Entertainment will keep the party going into the evening!
