Save the Date: Community Pride
Date: Saturday, April 5; 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

If helping your community sounds like a rewarding experience for you and your Little, plan to participate in Alex’s Lemonade Stand benefiting childhood cancer research and treatment. We need Bigs and Littles to volunteer for 2 or 3-hour shifts between 9 am and 3 pm. at Basha’s (48th and Warner Rd) in Ahwatukee. Event activities include: setting up lemonade stand, creating signs, preparing and serving lemonade, meeting new friends, and raising awareness of BBBSAZ and childhood cancer.

Community Pride provides Matches the opportunity to participate in meaningful community service projects, thereby giving Littles the experience of making a difference and being a contributing member of the community.
